WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We have two possible refund policies, one is if you placed an order and don’t want to continue then we provide you a complete refund. The second policy is if your account boost has started and the booster is playing and you have to end the boost service then you will be refunded 50% of the amount of your placed order. HOW THIS DUO BOOST WORKS?

In duo boost, you get to play around with the booster. You’ll be asked to share your availability times that you’ll be able to play with the booster each day. Once confirmed, a booster will be allocated for you to play with every day until your order is complete.

HOW LONG WILL MY BOOST CONTINUE?

To find out how long your boost will last, you can check it in your order page. It tells you the estimated time and depending on how high your desired ranking or is the order solo boost, duo boost or team boost. Most often, we start boosting within five minutes after the order is confirmed.

CAN I PLAY ON MY ACCOUNT WHILE BOOSTING IS IN PROGRESS ?

Yes, you can play but not ranked games while the boost lasts. However, you must ensure that the booster is not in game when you do so. To confirm, you can contact our customer service team if you wish to pause the boost for an hour or two and play on your account without any interruptions.
